Online consultations are available daily from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Doctor Video Consultations

Scheduled video consultations with the doctor are available on:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday — 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Booking & Payment

• Online Registration Fee: ₹250/-
• Doctor Video Consultation Fee: ₹750/-
• Once your payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with the details you provided.
• To confirm your consultation, please complete the payment through the designated payment section.
• Consultation fee is the same for both new and review consultations.

Confirmation Process

• Our representative will contact you to explain the procedure and confirm your appointment time.
• Please note: The slot selected during booking is indicative only.
• The final appointment time will be confirmed after checking the doctor’s availability.

Video Consultation Access

Once your appointment is confirmed, a secure video consultation link will be sent via SMS and WhatsApp.

How to Join

• Android users: Open the link using Google Chrome
• iOS users: Open the link using Safari
• Allow camera and microphone access when prompted
• Join the session at your scheduled appointment time using the provided link

Before Your Consultation

You may upload medical reports, test results, or previous prescriptions prior to joining the session.

Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• If your appointment cannot be confirmed due to specialist unavailability or other reasons, please email us.
• Our representative will help you with a refund or rescheduling.
• The payment is linked to the specific doctor and appointment slot.
• Any change in doctor or timing will be treated as a new appointment, and the previous booking will be cancelled and refunded.
• In unavoidable situations, your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled. You will be informed at the earliest, and the paid amount will be refunded.
• If either the hospital or patient reschedules the appointment, the original booking will be cancelled and refunded. A new payment will be required for the rescheduled slot.
